I'm currently working on rebuilding the carbs for my 1981 CM400C, and unfortunately was not able to remove the main nozzles (part no. 16166-447-671) without damaging them. I searched online, and they were unavailable everywhere I checked.

Does anyone have a set they're willing to sell or know of someplace I can get replacements? I'm located in southern Oregon.

Edit: KM Carburetor offers a set of CX500 main nozzles that they say also fit the CM400 carbs, https://www.kmcarburetor.com/products/1978-1982-honda-cx500-carburetor-main-nozzles-set-of-2
Does anyone know if these will work? they are visibly a bit different from the ones I removed.

Soak your originals in white vinegar, they may not be too bad when clean?
The CX ones should work fine, outlet will be 1.20mm, cross drillings 0.80mm.
Get a 'Microbox' 0.30mm~1.6mm drill set and pin vice off eBay, less than ~$15.00.
I've measured the dill bits and majority are about 0.01mm under size to cut an accurate size hole (0.30mm is 0.28mm, usually lose them before I break them)
Don't even think about using with power tools, only takes seconds when using to check hole sizes and not much longer if 'adjusting' holes to larger size with finger and thumb for 'power'
Don't worry about hole positions, the 5 pairs of cross holes are pretty much in 'standard' positions, some of the OEM were drilled at angles so one side is 'higher' than the other
