Define custom exhaust. Do you mean mufflers or the actual exhaust header pipes as well?

Well ... I have headers, but v=even after polishing them, they are pretty beat up ... so I'm really thinking "drag pipes" like Tom's ...

I am not aware of any reasonably priced custom header pipes for the CB450/500T. You can buy kits and fab them yourself if you can weld or have access to a welder.
Perhaps Tom (ancientdad) can give you some pointers on how he did his.

Mine turned out okay (the first set), but they were a little undersized as I used a mandrel bend set for an XS650 (hard to believe a bigger twin would use slightly smaller header tubes) and cut sections and welded them together. The welds down low in the front of the engine were unavoidable, but still didn't look that great either.
