My First Bike, 1974

I vaguely remember my dad taking me to the motorcycle store when I was 4. I don't have a lot of memories of the day, but I do remember getting to choose between the (regular) dirt bike or the one with the side car. Dad said I could take my sister in the side car. No way!

My dad was going to get some cheap transportation for himself, probably looking for a bigger bike than he took home. But after I spotted the one in my size, he was forced to downsize to get this for me.

I got the Indian 50cc you see here - I think it's an MM5-A. He got an Indian 125cc. My sister got a worm.
