Hard to find bikes these days, LOL Does he realize these are one of the most mass produced motorcycles of all time; Maybe he should look on Facebook and Craigs list and see how many there are.
But then his comeback would be its worth that in parts to with my reply is part it out then, You will sell a part here and there and 15 years later will have 50 percent of the bike laying around that no one wants. Also, If you are goiong to do EBAY or similar, you got about a 15% cost fee to deal with. And dont for get Uncle Sam. If you had the bike less than a year, then its about 40% Short Term Capital Gains Tax, More than a Year about 20% Capital Gains tax. So go ahead and part it out.

Non running, incomplete, w/no title, maybe worth one dollar per cc. Yeah, part it out, half of it(or more) will end up in the dumpster and you will have to pay Ebay to help you get rid of the rest.
