    Identify

    I have bought a part dismantled CD175 which i will restore.
    Could someone tell me the year of the bike and code K0, K1, K2, K3, K4 ? from the frame and engine number so i can order parts thanks.
    frame no. CD175 3049824 engine no. 3053169

    Unfortunately, my copy of the Honda ID Guide only covers models sold in the US. The CA175 apparently equates to the CD and the entry for the CA175 with your frame number series indicates it's a K3. Scroll down this link to see the listing in the 3rd picture of the 2nd post.

    Picture of tank would be good.
    Basically, early models, (K0,K1,K2,K3) were 'sloper' motors and later (K4>) upright
    I had a 1968 CD175 that I blew big end chasing a Suzuki T500 across Salisbury Plain.
    It had pressed steel 'T' frame.
    Tank shape is totally different to the US models and closer to the 1967 S90
    There are three types of people in the world, those who can count and those who can't.
