Permissions error in the new member area.

New member Zclare says (he?) just picked up an '80 CM200T for a first bike. Thought it would be nice if I gave a quick reply since my first bike is also the same model. No dice.
 
Might wait another 1/2 hour or so and see it it reoccurs, programming changes are going on right now that may be the cause. If it reoccurs let Tom or myself know so we can get this addressed.

Are you sure it was 403? That's typically the "forbidden" error, was it that? Or possibly a 503 error?
