Recently rebuilt both carbs. Stamped 644A on manifolds.

Bike starts fine (albeit does not idle)and right carb Responds to idle screw adjustments. Left carb. Does not respond to adjustments and also exhaust on left side is not heating uniformly. Checking temp on exhaust - right heats to 210F - left is around 100F.

I have taken carb off several times and cleaned with carb cleaner and blowing ports with air. No noticeable change.

I think my carb cable is sync’d but not sure how to verify.

Frustrated on what to try next.

Generally speaking, that situation means the carbs are not yet fully clean. The passages are very small in these carbs, so a good ultrasonic or chem-dip cleaning is required to get all the gunk out

Would be happy to discuss during a phone call..... Did you clean the stock brass or use aftermarket jetting?......
