Did Honda make a “factory” rear rack for these bikes or are they all aftermarket?
 
I can't say for sure, but Hondaline accessories came around in the early '70s so I'd say they probably did. Finding a real Hondaline rack might prove difficult though
 
Managed to get a pannier rack for the CB200 on eBay many years ago and found a set of Craven-replica panniers:
