Hello all, I have quite a good size gap between my exhaust headers and engine. I was wondering what a good way to seal this up would be. It looks like these flanges are supposed to be bolted on via a nut tightening to a stud embedded in the engine. Mine quite clearly have been modified. From what I see however, even with the original stud and nut combo, there is still a fair sized gap. Any ideas what to do?

Since you can’t see everything from the pictures, two original studs are on the outside of both header flanges, and the random bolts are on the inner side

I tried to find a diagram or photograph, came up with this video. I've only watched it with the sound off, as YouTube bike videos often contain questionable advice. However, it does show the relationship between the exhaust flange and collets, also the importance of those crush rings in getting a good seal. Speaking from recent experience, changed mine this morning …
