After being deluged with over 100 spam, phishing, and robo-calls this week, I am instituting a new procedure to contact me by phone......
Please text me your VHT username and the first six digits (area code + first three numbers) of your phone number about 5 minutes before calling, that way I'll know it's safe to answer.......I no longer answer ANY calls from numbers I don't immediately recognize, and frankly, I may not recognize your number even if you have called before or often (my memory isn't what it used to be...)
