I had the same challenge. Scanned and measured my Vin plate and send it to https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/classicmotorcycledecals2
Guess you don`t have to do the same but just order it as they later on had it for sale on a regular basis for the 500t. good luck
Yeah, the powder coated blasted mine off too. It must be a chronic problem.

I don't think I ordered from them, but I can't remember, or find a receipt or email from the company that I bought it from. I think they were in Texas. Not sure how much that helps.

Thanks for digging that up
I can vouch for khneisser, I used them when I needed a replacement VIN plate after changing the frame on my K4 to K6 conversion. Probably against the rules, but I have the original frame in the back of the garage, and this bike will not be sold to an unsuspecting buyer.
Here's the replica VIN plate, glued and riveted into place.
