Hello everyone, been awhile since I've been looking through the group, but springs coming! I was wondering if anybody had a source or a PDF, image, something I could get ahold of. The decal in question is the side cover ones, I believe they are a triangle qithSS inside. I've seen pictures of the covers, but I need a way I can print it to the correct size. I have printable vinyl and I also have a Cricut Explore Air 2 I can cut and transfer with. I've found some, but they don't ship to USA.

Thanks!

1968 SS125A battery and ignition/tool side cover.

I purchased some that look similar to the example in the photo. Unfortunately; they were smaller than the originals. If your interested; I can try to put my hands on them.

Thanks, I heard the ebay ones, if I could get them here in the states, are to small. I have a Cricut and could cut my own with a sample and dimensions.

Here’s the original side covers with the worn/faded decals. The other photo shows the replica decals overlaid on the original, note the size difference.

With the help from Ray LeZotte, he was able to get dimensions of the original worn out labels, as well as the label position on the covers, I was able to produce some with a Cricut. They are a 2 layer red on white. I hope they are as close as possible dimensionally as the original. They are made with permanent adhesive vinyl, however, you will be able to feel the layers. My thought was to maybe clear coat them after applying them to the side covers? As soon as the weather and my other projects cooperate, I will put some on my covers and post pics. For now, here are the ones I printed and assembled. I made 11 sets, but I'm not sure what the cost is for each set, but ha e the ability to figure that out and produce more, if others are interested.

Just did a quick calculation, and each set would be $10.00 including postage. If anyone is interested, let me know. If sent via regular first-class mail within the US, I could put sets between cardboard to protect them, and could probably send up to 4 sets per envelope. Maybe even a deal, buy 4 sets get a 5th set free?

I was wondering if the SS125 side cover decals are still available. Thanks very much
