SL350 K1 clutch

Looked through the manuals and diagrams but just want to be sure. Does a friction disk go first or a steel? I think the friction disk judging from the diagrams.

The first plate that goes in is a different steel plate, #6 in the fiche below. Then a fiber plate followed by the typical flat steel plates every other one in between the fiber plates.

A steel disc is first," plate A", different from the other steel plates.

Interestingly, that first ‘special’ disk (plate A) is secured to the clutch hub with a tie wire (was looking at the one on my SL350K1 today).
